About Gungun Kapoor Born in Jalandhar, Punjab, Gungun grew up in Toronto, Canada. She has been singing since she was 5 and has enthralled crowds in Bombay when she was 8. She has worked in the Film industry working as a Production Assistant to acclaimed director Deepa Mehta. Singing is a passion for Gungun and when she moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2000, she started singing at live events and large parties.
